She requested a humorous story, involving the whole gang, where Steve and Chin talk Danny into going spear fishing with them. And with all the excitement about the upcoming boat episode, now seemed like as good of a time as any to post it over here. Ch 16 (the chapter was posted on AO3 a few weeks ago) -- Things aren’t always the way you expect them to be and since Steve can’t keep chasing his father’s killer, at least for now, he agrees to do that every-day job Danny was talking about. He hopes that something more interesting will come up. He has his wish granted and then some when Kono gets in trouble.
